Las Olas Beach Club is a 29-story, 148-unit oceanfront project, designed by the prestigious Sieger-Suarez Architectural Partnership and design architect Guido Brito. The classically modern design will preserve a significant portion of the original building, an Art Deco Moderne-style hotel constructed in 1936, as upscale retail space and blend its architecture with the "Neo-Deco style" of the residential tower behind it.
